At Our Lady’s, the health and safety of all children is of paramount importance. Parents send their children to school each day with the expectation that school provides a secure environment in which their children can flourish. Our Lady’s therefore has to ensure that this expectation becomes a reality. In order to do this a wide range of measures are put in place.

Early Help Offer

The purpose of Early Help is to prevent any issues from getting worse by offering support at the right time. By providing support to our families early, we aim to make sure that advice and support is given before any concerns escalate and start to have more significant impact.  Early Help support is offered to the whole family, and only with their agreement and engagement.

Pastoral Support at Our Lady’s

We attach great importance to the pastoral care we offer our pupils. You can contact us with any issues related to attendance, parenting or if an issue arises at home which might affect your child in school. All information of this nature will be treated in the strictest confidence.
