Supporting Health and Wellbeing
At Our Lady’s Catholic Primary School, we strive to support our children, young people and families with their well being and mental health. This is at the heart of our school and together we can support each other with the highs and lows we receive throughout our life. Whether you’re feeling great and want to stay that way, you’re a bit fed up or you’re struggling to manage your feelings, this site has links to information and tips ranging from how to boost your mood, to where to get help if you’re feeling unable to cope. If you would like to speak to a member of our staff then please do not hesitate to contact school.
